I’m Ashley Abarr — sales strategist, brand creative, and women’s advocate. I help women entrepreneurs ditch the overwhelm, master sales without the slime, and create brands and businesses that are as powerful as they are.

I’m a woman who’s lived through rock bottoms and rebuilds. Who’s been told “you can’t” more times than I can count — and proved them wrong every single time. And now? I’m the coach, mentor, and creative partner I wished I had back when I almost gave up on my dreams.

I didn’t grow up with a cookie-cutter story. I was adopted because my biological parents struggled with addiction. I craved validation, became a perfectionist, and learned early how to outwork everyone in the room.

At 19, I became a broke single mom raising a child with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. I took a $13/hour corporate job for the benefits, finally brave enough to leave an abusive marriage. That job — in the male-dominated construction and development industry — became my training ground. I climbed my way up to Vice President before the age of 30, with no degree, breaking barriers in a man’s world and earning multiple six figures.

But with every promotion came less time for the passions that lit me up. Burnout hit hard. I’d built a career I was proud of — but it cost me my creativity, my health, and the business I’d been quietly dreaming about for years.

So I made a decision: I would never again give up on my dreams because I lacked the support to make them happen. I’d become the coach and advocate who makes sure other women never have to either.

My Mission

Sharing my transformation online — without a viral following or massive influence — became my exit strategy from corporate. Within two months of going all in on my business, I was making $10K+ months. In under six months, my team generated over $1 million in sales. Today, I lead 170+ women entrepreneurs, affiliates, and influencers who learn sales, branding, and advocacy-driven business strategy directly from me. (It hit me that I sold myself into every promotion, every opportunity, and that SALES SKILLS is what’s stopping so many women from transitioning from surviving to thriving).
